The California Student Aid Commission has released the application for students who are AB540 to begin to apply for financial aid. The 2012-13 Dream Application was developed by the Commission to allow AB540 students to apply for student financial aid in accordance with AB130 and AB131 beginning in January 2013. Campuses will be able to use the student's financial data collected from the Dream Application to determine eligibility for institutional financial aid under the provisions of AB130 and AB131.
Counselors have reserved the library to provide information to our students on Monday, April 30, 2012. We will be sending invites to those who are eligible. Also, on Wednesday May 10, 2012 we will be in the computer lab assisting them with the completion of the application. Please help us in informing students about these two upcoming dates. It is important that students let their counselor know if they are eligible to complete the application so that we invite them to the informational meeting.
