Students must submit a Transcript Request Form to the Records Office, which is located in the Assistant Principal's Office.
Fill out a Transcript Request Form and drop off or mail to:

There is a $2.00 processing fee for each transcript requested that must be paid upon pick up or mailed in with the request. Cash or money orders are payable to "Bell Gardens High School." NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
A Bell Gardens High School ID, or valid government issued ID must be presented when the transcript is picked up. If the request is mailed, a clear copy of the ID must be included.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If any information is not provided, the transcript processing will be delayed until all necessary documentation is received.
